Fuller Family Marshmallow Squares
Working
around Christmastime isn’t all that bad-it has its perks. Staff members usually bring food, and after
indulging in plenty of treats over the years there are some that stand out in
my mind. You go back for another &
another...Yes I have no shame. Luckily, it’s great when a friend brings it in
and you get to snag the recipe! Thank
you Chris & Mrs. Fuller for the recipe!;)
I
loved these bars instantly. Maybe
because they are so adorable and they taste even better! They are quite sweet, but you can’t stop
eating just one. They are also really
easy to make-No bake recipes are awesome!!! First, you begin by melting down
the peanut butter, butter & butterscotch chips. After cooling for a bit, add in the marshmallows
and place in the fridge to cool completely.
Don’t even THINK about using white marshmallows, Chris says it doesn’t
taste the same and I have to believe her! I have plenty of these in the freezer
right now (although it’s kind of dwindling down right now as I keep sneaking
some) but they freeze really well and are awaiting Christmas!!
