Strawberry Banana Chia Smoothie
I quite enjoyed this smoothie. You can’t
go wrong with a strawberry-banana flavor.
I thought it would be a little thin at first but the chia seeds & oats
seem to thicken it up. A little bit of
vanilla helps round it out even more so don’t skimp on that. It left me feeling full for a very long time
after!
Strawberry Banana
Chia Smoothie
Makes 2-4 servings
(depending on size!)
INGREDIENTS
2
cups strawberries
1
banana
2
cups milk
½
cup oats
1
tablespoon chia seeds
1
teaspoon vanilla extract
Coconut
shavings
DIRECTIONS
Place
all the ingredients in a blender. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes then blend until
smooth. Serve.

Love the addition of chia seeds! I've been trying to add them to as many things as possible and smoothies are perfect! Beautiful pics :)
